Pictoral Messages to Sharif Horthy

In the past, Sharif Horthy has spoken about Subud’s attitude to its failed enterprises, such as Anugraha, Widjojo, BSB Bank, Premier Hotels and Project Sunrise.

We have used pictures to illustrate what messages he is sending to the world, together with an illustration to depict the response from Susannah Zys.

Suspicion strengthened

In my post of Oct 20 2014, “Let me tell you a funny story…”, I wrote:

Will Ian Travis-Smith, MD of Anugraha at the time, or one of those who was on the Board with him, please now give us – in public – an explanation to account for that HUGE DIFFERENCE OF TEN MILLION POUNDS between what was offered and what was accepted.

No reply will understandably strengthen suspicions.

There has been no reply.

I now ask Ian Travers-Smith (apologies for having misspelt) to confirm or deny the allegation that he made it a condition of one or more of the offers for Anugraha that he, Ian Travers-Smith, be taken on as MD, a condition that was rejected and that caused the offer(s) to be withdrawn.

No denial will be interpreted as signifying that the allegation is no longer just a suspicion.

Scotland Yard Fraud Squad Interested

Scotland Yard were given evidence of what had been going on at Anugraha and the Fraud Squad agreed that there were sufficient grounds for an investigation. However, a short while later, we were informed that the investigation had been halted.

WHY?

One of the accused was a multi-millionaire and the police in his home country advised the Yard that the methodology used by his team of solicitors was to introduce complication after complication to cause investigations into his affairs to become complex, protracted and very expensive.

The Scotland Yard Fraud Squad was advised, for financial reasons, not to proceed.

Subud NEVER held an investigation

In spite of the horrendous losses, those in positions of authority in Subud have never agreed to hold any investigation whatsoever. You may wonder why. Let’s just say that friends look after each other and that it’s useful to have powerful friends.

Is this the Subud you thought you were joining? are happy to belong to?  In recent times several hundred have left in disgust. Change needs YOU to be aware, to be alert, to speak out, to have the courage to write what you think for others to read.

At a ladies latihan at Anugraha, Andreas witnessed Bapak stop the latihan and shout in furious anger that the ladies should stop trying to look and sound nice but should follow the true latihan which would make them GET UP AND DO SOMETHING.

Today, nice words abound but where are actions and achievements?  Where are truth, justice and caring?  Bapak stressed again and again that just doing the latihan is not enough.

Subud Members! We need your HELP!

If you think that Subud should help the Zyses before they are made homeless in a few months time, we need you to speak up loudly, to write clearly and publicly.  Sorry to tell you, but if you remain silent it means you don’t care.  We hope you DO care.

Subud is looked upon in some circles with considerable distaste, and is known to be corrupt.  You can help restore it to where you know it should be, but not by remaining silent.  If you care you must speak out – LOUDLY.  I’m sure you don’t want to look back in the future and have to say “I did nothing”. Every voice counts – yes, even yours.  PLEASE demonstrate that you care.

The Subud Organisation represents YOU.

Are they acting as YOU want them to act?

Yes, YOU matter, your voice counts – but only if you use it.
